1. 30-Day Return Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Documentation: A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Exclusions: Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage not resulting from a manufacturing defect are not eligible for return under this 30-day window.
2. One-Year Limited Parts Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. This item is covered by a one-year limited warranty on product parts starting from the date of purchase.
Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for specific hardware and component parts.
Resolution: If a part is found to be defective within the first year, we will provide a replacement part at no cost.
What is NOT Covered:
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.
Labor costs associated with the installation of replacement parts.
Consumable items that naturally diminish over time.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim
To start a request, please follow these steps:
Contact Support: Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue at SERVICE@PHILIPSDVR.COM
Evaluation: For warranty claims, we may request photos or videos of the part in question to help us diagnose the issue.
Shipping: For 30-day returns of unused items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Note: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned original packaging.
